“Unstuck” E-book release!

Dear friends,

I have some exciting news—thanks to numerous requests, my latest book, Unstuck: Your Guide to the Seven-Stage Journey Out of Depression is being released as an e-book! In my publisher’s own words:

your e-book will be with retailers tomorrow; it should be on sale within 48 hours on Amazon and by the end of next week everywhere.”

“Unstuck” is on Kindle at Amazon.com here (or will be soon).

A warm thank you to everyone who helped by requesting this format. I hope this additional release will allow me, through Unstuck, to help many more people struggling through depression and anxiety (and perhaps, antidepressants) to move toward health and wholeness.

All my best,

Jim

    Dear Dr. Gordon,

I am off my antidepressants (my OB-GYN wanted me to wean off them because I am hoping to get pregnant; I am currently a mom to one daughter). I bought your book last month because I am having a difficult time being off my medication.

I have a blog (momromp.wordpress.com) and I would like to track my improvement in mood on my blog as I work through your book.

I have contacted your press person but have not yet heard back from her so I thought I would try to reach you via your blog.

I wanted to make absolutely sure that it was OK to mention your book frequently in my blog; I am not sure if there are any legal issues preventing me from doing so.

Your book is great so far but I am having a tough time motivating myself to continue reading. However, if I can create “assignments” for myself (i.e., writing posts about my progress with Unstuck), I will most likely read the book and work on my improvement far more effectively.

Thank you so much for your time, Dr. Gordon. I hope I hear from someone soon.

    Best,
    momromp
