Tuition:

  • MD, DO, ND & other Physicians:
    $1,295 ($1,195 early bird)
  • RD, RN & Allied Health Professionals:
    $995 ($925 early bird)
  • Full-Time Students & Residents:      
    $650 (no early bird)

Discounts:

  • Early Bird prices are indicated in parentheses above. Early Bird deadline is May 1, 2009.
  • Center Programs Alums (except students): Deduct $100 (Discount code: ALUMNI)
  • To save on your overall costs, we have setup a service that allows you to find a roommate or rideshare.

Tuition includes all lectures, breakout sessions, panel discussions, and lunch daily. Hotel accommodation is not included.

Payment Policy:

  • After May 11, full tuition must be paid at time of registration.
  • If you work for an institution that requires tuition payment by check, you will need to contact the Center prior to registering to schedule payment arrangement.
  • Students are required to bring their proof of student status to the program. Failure to do so will result in being charged the non-student rate.


Cancellation Policy: Participants who withdraw before May 11 will receive a refund of the course tuition minus a $100 administrative fee.  No refunds will be made after that date.
In the event of cancellation by the Center, we will refund any registration fees paid to the Center.  Such refund shall represent its entire liability to the registrant.  All refunds will be given after the program.

If you wish to cancel your registration: Log into our RegOnline system . Select existing registration, enter your email address and password, and click Continue. Click the Cancel link. Click the ‘Yes – Cancel’ button if you are sure that you want to cancel your registration.
