The training begins with registration on Saturday morning, October 5, 2013 at 7:30 am. There will be an optional early registration on Friday evening, 5:30-7:00 pm. The training ends on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at approximately 6 pm, followed by a time for some tea, cookies, and socializing. For those of you from out of town, we suggest you schedule your departure on the morning of Thursday, October 10, 2013. Most days, the program will run from 8:30 am to 5:30 or 6:30 pm. Please note: This is a training program—we ask for a commitment from you to attend the entire training program, including all didactic and group sessions, except in rare, unforeseen circumstances.

Hotel
All lectures, panel discussions and small groups will take place at the Sofitel San Francisco Bay, 223 Twin Dolphin Drive, Redwood City, CA 94065.
In addition to staying at a wonderful hotel at our great conference rate, booking your hotel room at the Sofitel San Francisco Bay allows the Center to offer affordable tuition. Participants have a discounted rate of $175 plus tax per night guaranteed until September 12, 2013, on a space available basis. We recommend reserving your room as soon as possible as October is a busy conference time and rooms will fill fast. Hotel reservations can be made by calling calling (650) 598-9000 and requesting the Center for Mind-Body Medicine rate of $175 plus tax per night.

Are you the only person in your car with 3 or more empty seats? If you have even one seat in your car, please travel green and share the ride! Flying in to other airport than SFO that provides free shuttle to hotel? Share taxis.

Transportation
- The best option for out of town participants is to fly into San Francisco International Airport (SFO). The Sofitel San Francisco Bay is located about 10 miles away and the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to and from SFO. Click here for more information on the shuttle.
- Parking: Self parking is complementary to hotel guests, Valet parking is $8 per car, per day and $12 per night.
