Dr. Rhonda Adessky holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Concordia University in Canada, and completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Yale University. Dr Adessky was the director of training at the Center for Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) at Hadassah University Hospital in Jerusalem, Israel, where she conducted research in the prevention of PTSD until 2014. She is now a freelance consultant and supervisor to Hadassah. She has been on the International Faculty of CMBM since 2005, and was the clinical director of the Training Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Israel. She has a private practice in Jerusalem specializing in CBT for the treatment of PTSD and other anxiety disorders.
