Gina DeSiena DDS, CHHC originally a native New Yorker has made her home in Connecticut for the past 25 + years. After practicing dentistry for 22 years she “retired” due to a neck injury and began seeking other ways to improve the lives of her patients. To that end she became a Certified Holistic Health Coach which brought her to a “Food as Medicine” training at CMBM where she was first introduced to Mind Body Medicine. It has been a life changing experience on both a personal and professional level in the discovery of this work.
Most recently she has facilitated groups in the Sandy Hook, Newtown , Ct. community and also in Ridgefield, Ct. at Ann’s Place, a unique cancer support center. She continues to bring an attitude of curiosity and love to her work and is always open to learning and expanding her practice of these life changing skills.
Gina enjoys meeting new people who are interested in true connection and joyful exploration of life. She especially loves being with her two teenage daughters who reside in Ct. and learning about the Pacific Northwest with her sweetheart.
