Kathleen Farah, MD, has been practicing family medicine in western Wisconsin for over 30 years, 11 years with Mayo Clinic and currently practices Integrative and Mind Body Medicine at Western Wisconsin Health, Roberts, WI.
Dr Farah received her medical training at the University of Minnesota and completed her family practice residency at St. Paul Ramsey Medical Center. Kathy is a Associate Clinical Director at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine’s Initial and Advanced Mind-Body Medicine Training, CancerGuides®, Children’s Training , Global Trauma Relief programs and is the Clinical Lead for the Native Program.
Dr. Farah also has a consultation practice at the Pain Palliative Care and Integrative Medicine Clinic at Children’s Hospitals and Clinic in Minneapolis. She holds board certifications with American Board of Family Medicine, American Board of Integrative Medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine. She has an interest in functional medicine and nutrition. Kathy also completed extensive training in CranioSacral therapy through Upledger Institute and uses it in her practice.
Dr. Farah has been involved in supporting mind-body medicine in many communities including the MN Indian Women’s Resource Center, Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, African diaspora in the Minneapolis/St Paul Minnesota area.
