Yicela graduated from Towson University with a B.S. in Family Studies with a concentration track in Leadership in the Nonprofit Sector. She primarily works on the logistical coordination with The Center’s program Involvement in Puerto Rico as well as the National Programs hosted in various locations across the U.S. She joined the Center to apply the CMBM transforming skills of self-care towards her own personal life as well as for professional development. She practices self-care through mindful eating, relaxed deep breathing as well as playing with her pet dog; Tommy!
