Amy Shinal, MSW, LCSW, is an Integrative Psychotherapist and Consultant, currently in private practice in Reston, VA and Senior Clinical Advisor, Mind-Body Medicine at The Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington, DC. Amy has over 25 years experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples and groups, incorporating EMDR, meditation, guided imagery, movement, writing, drawing, EFT, energy work and other experiential modalities to help individuals with healing and post-traumatic growth.
