Jayne Kraman has been working in the Health and Wellness field for over 30 years. She is a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with certifications from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, Aviva Romm’s Women’s Integrative Medicine Institute, and the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. She has an MA in Health Arts and Sciences from Goddard College and her ongoing passion for understanding the web between the mind-body-spirit led her to the Center for Mind Body Medicine while completing her dissertation. That passion also led to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist focusing on Myofascial Release Therapy (John Barnes technique), a certified QiGong instructor and Pilates Instructor. She loves pulling from all these modalities to meet clients where they are so that their journey towards greater awareness and health is seamless. The work with the Center for Mind Body Medicine, both as a Facilitator and Supervisor, fits beautifully into her purpose of helping others release what does not serve them so they can reach their unique potentials.
