Regina serves as a holistic health educator, addiction counselor and board certified therapeutic massage and bodywork therapist in Essex County, Massachusetts where she specializes in chronic pain management, cancer care, relapse prevention and compassion satisfaction development. She is a dedicated wife, mother, stepmom, grandmother, teacher and life-long learner.
Regina completed her BA in Chronic Pain Management and M.Ed. in Integrative Holistic Health at Lesley University. Her self-design thesis project focused on the development of holistic self-care curriculums for caregivers and healthcare professionals as curative measures toward managing compassion fatigue.
Regina completed her certification in mind-body medicine from The Center for Mind-Body Medicine and recently joined the CMBM supervision team for the Healing Our Troops program. She currently facilitates mind-body skills groups for persons in recovery from substance use disorders, and for caregivers and health care professionals. Her primary focus is assisting individuals in facilitating their own empowered healing process.
Regina’s entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community service have been honored in several ways, including YWCA awards for “Women in Business and Industry” and “Woman of the Year”, and Lesley University’s “Recent Alumni Award.”
