Musarrat Al-Azzeh is the Programs Director. She leads diverse international teams in developing and implementing population-wide trauma-relief programming.

Musarrat is experienced in cultivating partnerships to build sustainable community-driven health infrastructures in North America, Middle East, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and with indigenous communities. She finds purpose in empowering others to lead their most authentic life and contribute to more peaceful and resilient communities. Committed to listening and learning, Musarrat encourages the creation of safe spaces for sharing.

Musarrat earned her BA in Global Affairs and MSc in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, and her MA in Security and Diplomacy from the University of Malta. Musarrat is a Syrian-born Pakistani who grew up in Washington, D.C. She enjoys meeting new people, exploring cultures, and indulging in gastronomic adventures. She is eager to hear your story, and what brings you life.
