I’ve long known the benefits of meditation, mindfulness, journaling, small groups, and have recommended such things to my patients, yet have not participated much myself. For the first time, I have felt the benefits of meditation and food and to live more for myself. This is so powerful, transformative, I need to be well in order to heal others.
