I believe the goal of the Food As Medicine program is to educate practitioners in the role of food as medicine and also assist them in being able to take this into the community and share this wisdom with colleagues and clients. All of the information presented is solid, and adds to my knowledge base for use in my practice. The cooking demonstrations and healthy meals served enhanced the experience and added another dimension.
