About the Training

Join the Center for Mind-Body Medicine’s founder and executive director James S. Gordon, MD, and integrative nutritionist Kathie Madonna Swift, MS, RDN, as they team up with CMBM’s world-renowned faculty, including Cindy Geyer, MD; Aviva Romm, MD; Robynne Chutkan, MD, FASGE; Mark Hyman, MD; Donald Abrams, MD; and chef Catherine McConkie as they present on nutrition for women’s health. You will enjoy learning the most up-to-date nutrition science, kitchen wisdom, lively cooking demonstrations, and nourishing spirituality to make healthy eating and vibrant living a reality for women of all ages. Participants will leave grounded in the fundamentals of sound nutrition, knowledgeable about cutting-edge research, and prepared to confidently and compassionately guide their patients with practical life-giving healthy nutrition plans. This professional training program is also entirely appropriate for non-health professionals who want to transform the way they eat and share the information with their families and communities.
