Heart and passion are for a whole-body approach to wellness that encompasses spiritual, mental, and physical elements. Personally I have received this healing as well as walking along side others through this approach for over 20 years as a community health worker, peer counselor, personal trainer and chaplain.

I offer Mind-Body workshops on various topics including mindful eating, stress management, self-care, self-awareness, accessing art for inner growth, biofeedback. I offer one-on-one and couples information session as well as peer groups. I am also available for retreats.
