Luisa Palloni, MSW, LICSW, DBSM

Program Manager, New Trainings & Initiatives | she/her

Luisa Palloni is the Program Manager of New Trainings & Initiatives, where she oversees the development of new offerings designed to expand access to The Center for Mind-Body Medicine’s (CMBM) trauma healing model. Luisa is also a part of the Supervision and Certification team, where she supports supervisors, faculty members, and newly trained Mind-Body Medicine facilitators as they bring the CMBM model into their communities.

Before joining the Center, Luisa worked as a school social worker and early childhood mental health specialist. These experiences deepened her commitment to addressing trauma and stress through evidence-based, trauma-informed practices, and reinforced her belief in the power of strong relationships to build resilience and support healing.

Luisa holds a BA in Psychology from Fairfield University and an MSW from the University of Michigan. As a licensed clinical social worker and Diplomate in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, she also treats people with sleep disorders through her own private practice.

Luisa lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys running, dancing, reading, doing puzzles, and going on outdoor adventures with her family.
