Jennifer Arndt-Johns, MFA is a mother, filmmaker, writer, educator and community activist. She is the Founder/Director of Rainbow World, a 501.c.3 nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting, creating and distributing multimedia educational content about international adoption (Crossing Chasms, Approved for Adoption, Voices of Adoption: Video Oral Histories from Minnesota’s Korean Adoption Community). Jennifer’s most recent efforts have been focused upon collective community healing. She is a certified facilitator with the Center for Mind Body Medicine and completed the STAR (Strategies for Trauma Awareness & Resilience) training with the Minnesota Peacebuilding Leadership Institute. She currently teaches mind-body skills to children, teens and families at the Korean Institute of Minnesota, and is collaborating with the University of Minnesota Adoption Medicine Clinic to pilot a “Stress Reduction and Wellness in Adoption Program.”
