About the Presenter, José Calderón-Abbo, MD
José Calderón-Abbo, MD, is a native of Mexico City. He is dually boarded in psychiatry and addiction medicine. He is particularly interested in integrating mind-body medicine and participatory models of care in clinical, administrative, corporate and educational settings. He has directed his efforts towards the study and treatment of trauma, addictions, and health promotion models, including the rebuilding of healthcare services in New Orleans post-hurricane Katrina.
