Open Practice
Our free mind-body medicine open practice sessions will give you a taste of some of our favorite evidence-based tools for self-care and mutual support.
We’re committed to making mind-body medicine as accessible as possible to the greatest number of people possible. To that end, we’re pleased to announce our newest program offering: free mind-body medicine open practices. These sessions are designed for anyone who may be curious to learn more about mind-body medicine, including (but not limited to) those who may not be able or ready to commit to a multi-day training or an Online Mind-Body Skills Group.
In these free, one-hour sessions—held on the third Tuesday of every month at 1 PM ET—you’ll get a taste of some of the evidence-based tools for self-care and mutual support we teach in our other training programs. Experienced CMBM Faculty will walk you and your fellow participants through skills like breath, imagery, movement, and meditation on Zoom.
This is not a prerequisite for our Professional Training Program in Mind-Body Medicine.
Please note this is not formal mental health therapy, or intended as a substitute for conventional medical treatment, or to diagnose or treat specific conditions.
