Rambod Hashemi is a certified Mind-Body Medicine practitioner trained through the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, with a background in psychology, management, and organizational leadership. His work is grounded in a simple belief: resilient people are the foundation of resilient systems. Informed by his MIT Chief Operating Officer training, Rambod brings a practical, systems-level approach to resilience, healing, and leadership. He facilitates skills-based groups for individuals and organizations navigating change, including seniors, Farsi-speaking and diaspora communities, and dedicated spaces for men. By showing up authentically and sharing his own vulnerability, Rambod creates grounded spaces where people reconnect with their bodies, gain clarity, and rediscover their capacity to grow and lead—at home, at work, and in the world. Fueled by a lifelong love of rock and roll, his work carries energy, honesty, and real presence.
