Rosa Rauseo-Mazzocca, MS, LMHC Florida, USA
Rosa Rauseo-Mazzocca, MS, LMHC has been working with children, adolescents and families for over 28 years.
Rosa was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. She earned a bachelors in Psychology and a Specialist Degree in Child Development, and worked as school psychologist before moving to Florida in 1996.
Rosa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Certified School Counselor in the state of Florida. She is a certified Mind Body Medicine practitioner by the Center for Mind Body Medicine and a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) instructor.
Rosa currently works as a School Counselor/ Suicide Prevention designee for Broward County Public schools and private practice. She is the proud sponsor of the Mind Body Ambassadors Club at her high school.
Being bilingual in Spanish and English has allowed her to reach out and better connect with communities be it in her current work or her very own private practice.
Rosa believes in the resilience of all human beings and the power of the mind-body medicine skills , be it in the healing of trauma or a person’s personal growth. She has been practicing mind-body skills for the last two years and has seen an improvement in her overall health.
