Our most recent study “Do adolescents consider mind-body skills groups an acceptable treatment for depression: results from a pilot study” was published in BMC Pediatrics in October. Our research indicated that the overwhelming majority of adolescents considered Mind-Body Skills Groups to be helpful and acceptable as a treatment option for depression in primary care. Our thanks to the CMBM faculty and staff who contributed, and the researchers who published the study, including CMBM’s Research Director, Julie Staples, PhD!
