Study demonstrated significant improvement in three areas of burnout: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment. There was also significant improvement in professional quality of life including compassion satisfaction (satisfaction with work), and secondary traumatic stress. All improvements were sustained at 12 months.
