Amy Cavalleri, MS, is a member of the CMBM Faculty. Certified in Mind-Body Medicine, Amy is an active CMBM facilitator, leading groups and workshops in Shasta County.
Amy has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years, where she has led program management, fundraising, and administration. She is also a certified trainer with Living Works, providing suicide intervention trainings throughout northern CA.
Amy earned her BA in Liberal Studies from San Francisco State University and her MS in Organizational Leadership from National University. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, blogging, and being a mom to her two kids and two cats.
