Dr. Anne Weisman is a member of the CMBM Faculty and Supervision Team. Certified in Mind-Body Medicine, Dr. Weisman leads the initiative to bring mind-body medicine to the state of Nevada and runs Mind-Body Skills Groups at the Kerkorian School of Medicine, UNLV, and the greater Nevada community. She is certified in Mind-Body Medicine.

With over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist and researcher, Dr. Weisman is an expert in integrative medicine, hospice and palliative care, and public health. She began working at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine in 2015 and currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Integrative Medicine and Culinary Medicine and is the Director of Well-Being and Integrative Medicine. She brings her perspective from many years of clinical hospice work and public health training together and has presented at national and international conferences.

Dr. Weisman earned her BA in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and went on to earn her MPH and PhD in Public Health with an emphasis in Social and Behavioral Health from UNLV as well. Dr. Weisman loves cooking, eating, snowboarding, traveling, learning guitar, playing car karaoke, and spending time with her family.
