I am a Licensed Counseling Psychologist and a PSYPACT telehealth provider, which means I can provide online individual and group therapy services for individuals in Minnesota and across 40+ states. I use a broad range of evidence-based, culturally-informed practices to create safe, authentic relationships with my clients. Collaborating with clients and being alongside them during the most difficult times in our lives is an incredible honor. It is my hope that when we work together, you feel less alone as you navigate stressors in your life.
In addition to building a solid therapeutic relationship, I believe the nervous system and mind-body connection is at the heart of our experience. Together, wherever you are on your journey, we will learn skills to cope, find your inner strength, and overcome challenges to help you to make changes you are seeking in your life that contribute to a healthy mind and body.
I am a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. I am currently accepting new clients. I am open to working with clients 18+ and offer online mind-body groups. Please inquire with me directly for more details about dates/times of groups.
