Dr. Brown’s goal is to help people bring balance to their lives and to offset the negative effects of stress. She coaches adults whose challenges may include depression, anxiety, and illness, and particularly enjoys working with care providers, both professionals and non-professionals. Currently, she is not running any mind-body skills groups but is available for individual consultation in person or by telephone.
