I am a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I currently work as a Whole Health Coach for the Veterans Health Administration. I coach and facilitate Mind and Body Medicine groups to Veterans. I believe in this program and will take any opportunity I can to pass the information along. I will facilitate a group in person locally, or virtually to anyone who wants the opportunity to learn new tools for personal growth.
