Deniece Christ-Rice, LCSW

Deniece is trained as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and provides integrated care with one of Houston’s largest hospital systems along with seeing clients in her private practice. She graduated from The Graduate College of Social Work at The University of Houston and has functioned as a Social Work Clinical Supervisor and been trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Wellness, Pragmatic Experiential Couple’s Therapy, and Mind Body Medicine from the Center for Mind Body Medicine.

Deniece offers a holistic approach to mental and emotional health recognizing that every aspect of our our life contributes to our wellbeing. She is an interactive, collaborative therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support, guidance, practical techniques, and feedback to help clients effectively address life’s challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
