Elissa Parker lives in Washington D.C. She was an environmental lawyer for nearly 50 years, representing the public in disputes and managing staff and teams in both government and nonprofit organizations.
Before retiring, she was a Vice-President of the Environmental Law Institute, overseeing programs in the U.S. and worldwide.
She has served on numerous non-profit boards and is currently serving as Chair of the Access to Integrative Medicine Health Institute.
