Hunter is certified in mind-body medicine by the Center for Mind Body Medicine and is certified as a RYT-200 level yoga teacher, with additional training in Yoga for Depression and Anxiety. She also trained in Meditating with the Body after receiving a Dharma Ocean Fellowship for Healthcare Professionals and uses all these skills in her current role as the owner and certified technical coach for Cereset Spartanburg.
With 20 years of experience in business and healthcare administration, Hunter developed and managed the first South Carolina hospital sponsored Mind Body department touching over 500 lives in her tenure. As the lead facilitator and manager of 3 others, she led 33 of 44 Mind Body Skills groups at Gibbs Cancer Center with measured mood improvement of 63-70%. Before retiring from the hospital, Hunter added a neurotechnology service called Cereset that showed 68-70% improvement in mood and sleep.
Hunter is currently owner of her own Cereset office in Spartanburg, SC and offers Mind Body groups. She received a BS in Administrative Management from Clemson University and an MBA from Wakeforest Babcock School of Management. Hunter is married with 2 daughters and 3 stepsons and enjoys hiking, foraging, and time with her family and dogs.
