Ibrahim Ahmed Younis, PhD, MA, BSN

Ibrahim Ahmed Younis is a member of the CMBM Faculty and Supervision Team.

Ibrahim has worked at the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East for more than 30 years as a senior nurse and AREA Supervisor of Community Mental Health Programs. In these positions, he has developed programs on gender-based violence and mental health and psychosocial support. He has published many articles on the topics of nursing, mental health, quality of life, and healing trauma.

Ibrahim is currently a PhD candidate, and holds an MA in Community Health and Community Mental Health and a BS in Nursing. He spent three years in clinical training for psychotherapy for adolescents and children at Hadassah Hospital.
