Jody Nusholtz is a professor of communication arts at Carroll Community College and a certified life coach. Her interdisciplinary PhD connects writing, transformation, consciousness, and identity, many of the elements infused in mind-body work. Jody offers mind-body skills groups and workshops for faculty, staff, and students at Carroll Community College and is a member of the statewide committee working to develop a mind-body skills model for community colleges in Maryland. She is passionate about mind-body skills work and is proud to be certified by The Center for Mind-Body Medicine. Jody has always integrated mind-body skills into her teaching and is excited to expand her work with these skills, both in and beyond a college setting.
