I am a mental health therapist licensed in Kentucky and Indiana. I am passionate about serving those in the LGBTQIA+ community, those who have experienced trauma, and those impacted by racial trauma. I am looking forward to resuming Mind-Body Skills Groups particularly for marginalized groups and those struggling with perinatal mental health. However, I serve all those seeking how to better manage stress, heal inner wounds, and connect more deeply with themselves and those around them.
