For the past 20 years, I’ve supported individuals and groups in creating better health, healing, and personal growth as a Certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NYC).
I offer regular, online Mind-Body group opportunities (beginning in January) to participate in theme-centered groups, including Finding Your Calm, Times of Transition, and Motivation From Within. All follow the CMBM core structure while inviting exploration through different lenses of life experience.
Groups are open to the public and welcome all participants. While not limited to women, the majority of group members tend to be women.
Proud mother of two amazing adult sons, I raised them solo after divorce. Born and raised in New York, I spent nearly three decades in California and now live a bi-coastal life—bringing a wide range of lived experience, grit, and growth into everything I offer.
