Dr. Lindiwe Greenwood is a member of the CMBM Faculty and Supervision Team. She leads online Mind-Body Skills Groups and is deeply involved in CMBM’s training initiatives and national programs. She is certified in Mind-Body Medicine and experienced in advanced CMBM coursework, including Food as Medicine

Dr. Greenwood is a board certified Family Medicine Physician and is the CEO and Chief Innovator of Total Renaissance Wellness, LLC (TRW), a health and wellness consulting firm. With over 20 years of experience as a clinician and advocate, she is an expert in teaching self-care, communication, and resilience skills to corporate teams, educators, and health professionals. She is also a dynamic public and motivational speaker, who has presented at many well respected panels and conferences.

Dr. Greenwood earned her BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Virginia, and went on to earn her MD from the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at the East Carolina University, Brody School of Medicine. Dr. Greenwood previously owned and operated a primary care practice in Columbia, MD and worked in a variety of clinical settings, including Johns Hopkins Community Physicians and Mercy Medical Center, where she taught medical residents and students. In her spare time, Dr. Greenwood enjoys gardening, cooking, writing, traveling, watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with her family.
