A widow since the January 12th, 2010 earthquake, credits her recovery to the practice of CMBM techniques, which has enabled her in turn to assist many with stress management issues. Feels gratefully duty-bound to extend the benefits of the Mind-body approach to the diverse groups within her different spheres of involvement. “My goal is to continue to do so for the rest of my life to help people lead better lives”.
