My current professional roles are quite varied. In addition to being a faculty member at Saybrook University, Integrative and Functional Nutrition Program, I contract with various organizations in Wyoming and provide nutrition services. When time allows, I facilitate Mind-Body Skills groups and other creative group activities, such as creating vision boards.
My life in Wyoming is active. I’m a biker – road, dirt, and snow, skier, yogi – and lover of all things outdoors! I love spending time with my dog Bear, a 13-year old Border Collie/Australian Shephard. Although he is not quite as active as he once was, yet he still prefers being outside instead of in my house. I also love to cook, grow herbs, vegetables, and raspberries.
