Mindy earned her BA in Political Science, graduating cum laude, and her MSW at Tulane University. She enjoys traveling, reading, learning about different cultures, participating in community activism, exploring nature, moving her body, cooking, learning about the fusion of Buddhism and psychotherapy, and making the most out of every day. She is excited by the joy of learning and strives to embody resilience, kindness and hope in her daily life.
