Monique Class is a member of the CMBM Faculty. She is certified in Mind-Body Medicine.
Monique is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Holistic Health with thirty-five years of experience in the fields of nursing, functional, and integrative medicine. She is passionate about educating, cultivating, and facilitating vitality, health, and wellbeing. Monique is a thought leader and sought-after educator in the field of functional medicine, mind-body medicine, and coaching. lectures nationally and internationally on women’s health, mind-body practices, nutrition, and coaching. She is a senior faculty member for the Institute for Functional Medicine, clinical instructor for the Yale Graduate School of Nursing, and Director of Coaching Development for The Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. She is the cofounder of The Center for Functional Medicine in Stamford, CT, where she has been practicing for 22 years.
Monique earned her MS in Registered Nursing from the University of Virginia. She also holds certifications from The Psychosynthesis Institute, Yoga Alliance, and board certifications in coaching from the AHNCC and NBC-HWC.
