Dr. Garzon is a board certified anesthesiologist, currently Chief Well-Being Officer. She works as wellness consultant and focuses on a systems-level process improvement approach to wellness. She practices Integrative Medicine and conducts Mind-Body Skills Groups in-person and virtually, and is certified in mind-body medicine through The Center for Mind-Body Medicine. As an anesthesiologist she has seen the power of the mind over pain and stressful situations. Stress robs us of health. She actively practices a holistic approach to medicine through meditation, music therapy and in addition is also a certified health and life coach.
