I enjoy a dual career in psychology and spirituality. I have worked as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California since 1997, specializing in chemical dependency, depression and anxiety disorders. I also am an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ serving as a Pastor since 2012, as well as a certified Interfaith Spiritual Director for the past few years. Becoming certified with the Center For Mind Body Medicine has allowed me to tap into my passions in both of my fields of study, while expanding my skills with helping people cope and live life more fully.
