I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Louisiana. I have worked with a variety of concerns and needs in several settings, including the trauma service at a local hospital, a physical rehabilitation hospital, and in private practice.
Learning how stress affects the mind and the body has been of particular interest to me for many years now. I’ve enjoyed using the Mind-Body Medicine (MBM) skills with individuals and groups! I’ve also enjoyed the benefits of this model in both my work with clients and in my personal life!
I consider it a privilege to be a part of someone’s healing journey from the effects of trauma and stress, I and look forward to helping!
