Raquel McCarthy

Raquel McCarthy is a Project Manager. She works on institutional, educational, and community projects at CMBM. She has led projects with the Indiana Department of Corrections and in Puerto Rico, where she participated in mental health recovery after Hurricane Maria.

McCarthy previously worked with Assmca and FEMA to provide mental health services after Hurricane Maria. Having survived the hurricane, she committed to practicing and teaching trauma-relief skills, and worked with CMBM to bring relief to the affected communities.

McCarthy earned her BA in Spanish and Philosophy from Montana State University-Billings, where she also played NCAA Division II soccer and cross country. She can be found at the beach in her spare time with her husband, three kids, and three dogs. She also loves to run and travel to races all over the world.
