Regina Schulman is a member of the CMBM Faculty and Supervision Team. She is certified in Mind-Body Medicine, leads Mind-Body Skills Groups, and is involved in CMBM national and emergency response programs. Regina is experienced in advanced CMBM coursework, including Food as Medicine.
Regina serves as a holistic health educator, addiction counselor, senior Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine practitioner, and licensed and board-certified therapeutic massage and Bodywork therapist. She specializes in community trauma healing, chronic pain management, cancer care, relapse prevention, and compassion satisfaction development. Regina’s primary focus is assisting individuals in facilitating their own empowered healing process.
Regina earned her BA in Chronic Pain Management and MEd in Integrative Holistic Health from Lesley University. She also has her Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counseling certification, internship, and license. Regina is the recipient of the YWCA awards for “Women in Business and Industry” and “Woman of the Year”, and Lesley University’s “Alumni Award.” In her spare time, Regina enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, walking, rollerblading, hiking, camping, cooking, and viewing sunrises and sunsets. She is a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and life-long learner.
