Régine Laroche is a Certified Signature Mind-Body Medicine Practitioner and a member of the CMBM Faculty and Supervision Team. She leads Mind-Body Skills Groups and serves as faculty in CMBM trainings, bringing extensive experience in community-based healing and resilience-building.
Originally trained as an architect, Régine joined CMBM’s Global Relief Program after the 2010 earthquake in Haiti as part of the Haiti Leadership Team and Faculty. She has facilitated Mind-Body Skills Offerings—both in person and online—with diverse communities, including displaced populations in temporary camps, educators, first responders, caregivers, religious leaders, and others across the social spectrum.
Régine has over 20 years of experience in wellness, personal growth, stress management, and social, community, and civic engagement. She has taught classical yoga for comprehensive well-being, trauma-informed yoga-based self-care for survivors of abuse and sexual violence, women’s circles, and community dialogue programs.
Régine holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from the City University of New York. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher, a Peacebuilding & Conflict Transformation Facilitator, and a Community Resiliency Model Teacher.
She is committed to women’s empowerment and social/environmental healing.
