Regine Laroche is a member of the CMBM Faculty and Supervision Team. Certified in Mind-Body Medicine, she participates in community-based programs, national and international online trainings, and leads Mind-Body Skills Groups. She joined the Haiti Branch Leadership Team, part of CMBM’s Global Relief Program, following the January 2010 earthquake, and has facilitated Mind-Body Skills Groups with a broad constituency, including displaced populations in temporary camps, educators, first responders, caregivers, and religious leaders.
Initially trained as an architect, Regine has been active in the fields of personal growth, wellness and stress management, and social engagement for over 20 years. She has taught classical yoga for comprehensive well-being, trauma-informed yoga-based self-care for female victims of abuse and sexual violence, women’s circles, community-based dialogue, and has l ong been an advocate for environmental and civic responsibility.
Regine earned her BS in Architecture from the City University of New York. She is a certified yoga teacher, Peacebuilding & Conflict Transformation Facilitator, and a certified Community Resiliency Model Teacher with the Trauma Resource Institute.
