Sara is an Anesthesiologist and Integrative Health Coach. Certified in Mind-Body Medicine, Sara leads Mind-Body Skills Groups online for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. She earned her MD from the Universidad de Antioquia, Medellin, Colombia, and completed her Anesthesiology residency at Universidad Javeriana, Bogota, Colombia. Sara currently lives in Pittsburgh, PA. In her spare time, she participates in humanitarian missions with Doctors Without Borders and enjoys biking, gardening, cooking, reading novels, and spending time with her family.
