Sebrina James is a member of the CMBM Faculty and Supervision Team. She leads online and in-person Mind-Body Skills Groups and is certified in Mind-Body Medicine.

James has over 20 years teaching and training experience, working with children and adults.  She is actively involved in teaching mindfulness skills in Broward County and is a member of the Broward County Mindfulness Leadership team. She consults with educators throughout the country, including those who work with special needs and at-risk students, on ways to infuse mindfulness into daily educational practices.

James is passionate about helping people and devotes a large percentage of her time helping to create change in the lives of others.
