Stacy Crawford, M.S. Ed is an educator and coach who has over 30 years of experience sharing her love of meditation and other self-care skills with young people and adults. She has taught college coursework that encompasses mind-body medicine techniques and is a frequent speaker on these topics. Additionally, she is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach who engages with teams and individuals to realize their full potential using both the CliftonStrengths assessment and mind-body medicine techniques. Stacy is passionate about social justice issues and believes that all individuals should have access to the transformative CMBM self-care techniques and encouraged to become the source of their own healing and resiliency.
